Due to Covid-19 Toothlife is experiencing a delay on all packages worldwide. Please allow an additional 7 business days to receive your order. 

 

RETURNES

  • Please email Hello@Toothlife.ca to initiate a return.
  • Include your order number and name in the email.
  • Include images of the items in question.
  • Earrings can not be returned due to their personal nature. 
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Watches qualify for a 1 year warranty on mechanical parts, wear and tear not covered. 
  • Accessories qualify for a 30 day warranty. Misuse of the product is not covered.  
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping fees on returning goods. 

SHIPPING

  • Orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada.
  • All orders outside of Canada are considered International Shipping. 
  • Allow for 1-2 business days for processing 
  • You will receive an email once your item is processed and will ship out the same day, or following business day. 
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
  • Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.
  • Please Email for special arrangements. 
  • Please send us an email if you require the item by a certain day, please make a note of this request in your order and ensure you have selected the correct shipping method based on your needs. 
  • International shipping to some countries can take up to 14-45 business days excluding holidays in both countries. 
  • Packages may take longer than expected if inspected by customs.
  • The above mentioned is an estimate and may take longer unless tracking is purchased which will make locating your package easier. 
  • All prices are shown in US dollars ($USD).
  • The item price is exclusive of any import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping fees will be calculated at the time of checkout, and will also be in USD dollars ($USD).
  • When placing an order for delivery outside of Canada, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you.
  • Shipping fees cannot be refunded for returned goods.  
  • Toothlife is not held responsible for missing parcels due to an incorrect address, or buyer input error. 
  • Toothlife is not responsible for re-sending items that are returned to sender due to inaccuracy in the shipping address. 
  • If a package is returned to sender your order will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
  • Canadian and International packages come with tracking.
  • Packages to the US with "small packet shipping" Do not have automatic tracking, therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping information is accurate.
  • Packages without tracking do not qualify for a refund unless the package has been returned to sender.
