FAQ - Shipping & Orders

Due to Covid-19 Toothlife shipments are experiencing a delay on all packages worldwide. If your package is experiencing a delay, please allow an additional 7-10 business days to receive your order from your local postal service.


Need additional info on your order? Please email Hello@toothlife.ca and be sure to include your name and order number. Note that once a shipment leaves our facility, your tracking number becomes your most up to date resource. Orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada.


    • All prices are shown and calculated in US dollars ($USD) by default, regardless of the buyer's country of residence


    • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing prior to the shipment of your order
    • You will receive an email once your item is processed, and the item should ship out the same day, or the following business day
    • Orders are shipped on business days only. Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am–5pm EST
    • Orders placed on weekends will be processed during regular business hours



    • All orders outside of Canada are considered International by the postal service
    • Packages may take longer than expected if inspected by customs; these checks are determined by the postal service without notice
    • International shipping to some countries can take 14–45 business days (excluding holidays in both countries)


    • If a shipment method with tracking is purchased at checkout it will make locating your package easier
    • Please note that without a tracking number, we are unable to determine your package's estimated delivery date or status
    • It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure their shipping information is accurate
    • Canadian and International packages offer tracking on all shipment methods by default
    • Some packages to the US do not have tracking by default; be sure to select a shipment method accordingly

    • Shipping fees are calculated at the time of checkout, in US dollars ($USD)
    • The item total is exclusive of any import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer

    When placing an order for delivery outside of Canada, the buyer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to the shipping method charged at checkout and must be borne by the buyer.


    • Toothlife is not held responsible for missing parcels due to an incorrect address, or buyer input error
    • Toothlife is not responsible for re-sending items that are returned to sender due to inaccuracy in the shipping address
    • If a package is returned to sender, your order can be refunded less the cost of shipping and related fees or taxes


    • Please email hello@toothlife.ca and be sure to include your name and order number
    • Please include images of the items in question
    • The customer is responsible for both the logistics and cost of return shipping
    • Please note that any refund issued does not include the original cost of shipping
    • Packages without tracking do not qualify for a refund unless the package has been returned to sender
    • Earrings can not be returned for hygienic reasons due to their personal nature
    • Scrub caps are considered PPE and due to their personal nature can not be returned for hygienic reasons
    • Watches qualify for a 1 year warranty on mechanical parts. Wear and tear are not covered.
    • Accessories qualify for a 30 day warranty. Misuse of the product is not covered.
    • Shipping fees cannot be refunded in the case of returned goods
    • Packages without tracking do not qualify for a refund unless the package has been returned to sender


    Please add 1-2 days for processing to all shipping estimates.
