  • Orders are shipped on business days only.
  • Items typically ship once a week on Wednesdays. Therefore items purchased on Wednesday will be shipped the following week. Please Email for special arrangements. 
  • Please send us an email if you require the item by a certain day, please make a note of this request in your order and ensure you have selected the correct shipping method based on your needs. 
  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Canadian shipping is typically 5-7 business days excluding holidays unless selected otherwise.
  • US and International shipping are typically 7-10 business days excluding holidays unless selected otherwise.
  • International shipping to some countries can take up to 14-30 business days excluding holidays.
